Morning you lovely lot! It's Friday! Yay! I am sure you will agree with me when I say that the simplest dishes are usually the tastiest. And so is this breakfast parfait. A lady messaged me a few days ago that she loves my clean peanut butter granola recipe however is there any other way how to eat it apart from mixing it with unsweetened almond milk? The answer is yes, so just scroll down to see how and to get the recipe.
Recipe makes 1 - 2 nice jars, depending on how much you want it! 🙂
Ingredients:
½ cup my crunchy peanut butter granola
½ cup Coyo yogurt (the white is the best and contains the whole coconut)
Chocolate porridge/oatmeal
Method:
The chocolate oatmeal is easy, you need ¼ cup of oats, ½ cup of coconut milk, or unsweetened almond milk or any milk you like. 1 teaspoon of raw cocoa and sweetener to taste. I used Atreea vanilla coconut sugar, but you can use maple or agave syrup, honey or stevia. Cook it gently for 2 mins or until thicken. Now time to put those layers up. Put the chocolate oatmeal at the bottom of the jar, then granola and top up with a few spoons of coconut yogurt. ( you can use any yogurt) Lastly top it up with some more granola and devour!
