Whenever you come to my house (please don't come all at the same time) there will be at least one or two avocados in the fridge. Always. Avocado is my staple ingredients. It is soooo good for you and you can make some incredibly tasty and easy dishes with it. The one I am sharing with you today is healthy and heavenly chocolate mousse. You can't actually taste the avocado for those of you who want to try this but don't like avocados (shame on you!) And I can confirm this has been tried and tested on my kids and both asked for second, so great healthy chocolate alternative.
Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado
1 ripe banana
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
3 tablespoons of raw cacao
2 tablespoons of milk , I used coconut milk
Sweetener to taste, I used stevia, but you can use honey, agave or maple syrup. You don't need much of it though.
Method:
Mash everything together and pop in a blender/processor and blend till no bits, creamy and smooth. Enjoy loads!
