Happy Saturday morning! My name is Hedi and I am a teaholic! Yes, you read it correctly, I have a teapal. It is a lovely girl called Paule-Emma who lives in Paris. Lucky girl isn’t she! We met through Instagram and decided to take a part in #teapenpalparty. I received my very first teas yesterday and already tasted couple. Loads of different flavours and all very nice. My favourite so far is Sweet Chai.
Now for my breakfast which was buckwheat chunky banana oatmeal/porridge. You will need the following:
1 cup of rice milk
1/3 cup of buckwheat oats
1/2 of ripe banana cut in thick chunks/slices
Sweetener ( optional)
Cook all ingredients gently on the hob. Mix constantly as buckwheat oats are thick and like to stick to the pot. After 2 – 3 min pour the oatmeal on the plate and add your favourite fruits. I had it with mango and dragonfruit love hearts and fresh figs. Enjoys loads!
