Who else is in need of an easy and light "detox" type of meal?? Today I am going for this healthy white bean salad with avocado. So fresh and packed with flavour. It takes about 10 minutes and I am sure you have all the ingredients in your cupboard. You will need the following:
- White Beans (I used cannellini)
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Red Onion
- Lime or Lemon
- Garlic powder
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
How do you make healthy white bean salad?
It’s crunchy, it’s yummy, it’s beans, it’s veggies, it’s protein, it’s iron, it’s fiber, it’s filling, it’s healthy, it’s easy to make, it’s meatless, it’s dairy-free...basically few good-for-you veggies and parsley tossed with a good olive oil and lemon juice.
