I have my mummy staying with me at the moment and she brought these lovely poppy seed snowballs. Made with 4 ingredients, poppy seeds are the star ingredient. Poppy seed snowballs recipe
I find these poppy seed snowballs highly satisfying when I have a sweet tooth. I just pop 3 or 4 in my mouth and the cravings are gone. I never binge on these because they are truly satisfying and rich in flavour. I keep them in the fridge or freezer and take them out when desired.
You can get ground poppy seeds in Asda in the baking section or from Amazon. I know sometimes you don’t want to buy food from Amazon, but trust me when I say they are worth the purchase plus they are not expensive at all and will last you for ages. The below recipe makes up to 25 balls.
