    Healthy almond banana muffins recipe

    Yield: 10
    Prep Time: 5 minutes
    Cook Time: 35 minutes
    Total Time: 40 minutes

    Ingredients

    • 2 ripe bananas
    • 2 cups ground almonds
    • 1 cup dates
    • ½ cup oats
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 tbsp almond butter
    • 1 tbsp coconut oil
    • 1 tsp baking powder

    Instructions

    1. First, preheat your oven to 180°C.
    2. Next, add all of the ingredients into a blender and blitz until you have a smooth consistency.
    3. Fill the muffin tins with this mixture, top with a slice of banana and pop into the oven for about 35 minutes.
    4. Let them cool then serve!

      Can you use flaxseed eggs instead of egg....I don't always like using a prebought egg substitute. My 19month old boy has many allergies,egg being one of them. Your web site has been great in letting him enjoy foods with everyone without compromising on taste and texture. Thanks Amber

      Hi Hedi, Can I use flaxseed egg as a substitute I don't really like using a shop bought one. My 19month old son has many allergies, egg being one of them.
      I just wanted to say thank you, your website has meant my son can enjoy food with others without the worry of his allergies and not compromising on taste and texture.

        Yes you can lovely. I cant eat eggs either, so use either flax seeds or chia seeds egg. Hedi x x x
