I am proud to announce that I am now an ambassador for Snacking Essentials and here is my very first recipe using their products. Meet my easy healthy homemade granola recipe.
This easy healthy homemade granola is quick and easy to make, there are no vegetable oils or high glucose syrups involved. It's vegan, dairy-free and if you use gluten-free oats it will be also completely gluten free.
It only takes about 10 minutes to prep, it’s easy to customize to your particular likes and needs, while being full of fiber, protein and other ingredients that will help get your day off to a good start. I have used the Nutty Mix and the Berry Mix from Snacking Essentials because they are just perfect!
If you can add in a tablespoon of flaxseeds and/or chia seeds because they’re high in omega 3’s and a good source of fiber. Make sure you add in the dried berries after the baking, otherwise they will get burned and what a waste that would be!
