How do you make healthy baked apples?
Healthy baked apples with cinnamon are simple and you only need small food processor/blender and a baking dish or baking tray to prepare them. I have used hazelnuts and dates, but you could use any nuts and any dried fruit. Prunes and apricots in particular work really well.
To make it even more special I have drizzled some homemade orange syrup over the apples prior to serving. Absolutely divine!
