Healthy Apple Pie Overnight Oats are such a fun and delicious take on this popular make-ahead breakfast trend.

With a beautiful hint of cinnamon and vanilla, a creamy apple pie texture, and that wholesome oaty goodness, it's a winning way to start the day!

– Oats – Apple, cored and grated – Oat milk – Chia seeds – Plain white (vegan) yoghurt – Maple syrup or sweetener of your choice

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS: Add all ingredients to a bowl and combine well together

- Place in the fridge to set overnight or for at least 2 hours - In the morning divide between 2 jars, drizzle on some extra maple syrup and add crushed walnuts and apple chunks for added crunch and flavour

NOTES If you prefer to warm your oats, do so before you add the apple and nuts
