BASE
– Mixed nuts – Pitted dates
CARAMEL SAUCE
– Pitted dates – Cashew nuts – Unsweetened almond milk

– Coconut cream – Bananas – Crushed nuts

INSTRUCTIONS:
First put the dates and cashew nuts in a bowl, cover with water and leave to soak for 1 hour.

Next, make the base by processing the nuts and dates in a blender or food processor.
