Strawberry Overnight Oats with Chia are a delicious and easy to make-ahead breakfast full of simple, healthy ingredients!

STRAWBERRY CHIA OVERNIGHT OATS

Oats are naturally low calorie, and in this overnight oats recipe, the only sweetener is the juicy strawberries.

– ¼ cup of oats  – ½ cup of your favourite plant-based milk  – ¼ cup of strawberries – ¼ cup of soya yogurt  – 1 tsp chia seeds – ½ tsp vanilla extract – Pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS

– Combine all ingredients together in a medium-sized mixing bowl.

– Spoon into a jar with a tight-fitting lid. – Close and place in the fridge.

– You could add a dollop of yoghurt, chop up some extra strawberries and sprinkle them over the top. And you're done!

NOTE... To make these taste more like a strawberry cheesecake, swap yoghurt for cream cheese!
