STRAWBERRY CHIA OVERNIGHT OATS
Oats are naturally low calorie, and in this overnight oats recipe, the only sweetener is the juicy strawberries.

– ¼ cup of oats
– ½ cup of your favourite plant-based milk
– ¼ cup of strawberries
– ¼ cup of soya yogurt
– 1 tsp chia seeds
– ½ tsp vanilla extract
– Pinch of salt

– Combine all ingredients together in a medium-sized mixing bowl.

– Spoon into a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
– Close and place in the fridge.
