POTATO GOULASH RECIPE

The unqiue blend of spices makes for a satisfying and budget friendly meal for the whole family!

– Potatoes  – Onion – Tomato – Yeast – Vegetable stock – Sweet paprika – Smoked paprika – Ground cumin – Dried marjoram – Olive oil  – Salt and pepper 

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

Start by peeling and chopping the potatoes into smaller chunks.

Add in the potatoes and fry for another minute or so.

Pour in the vegetable stock, pop the lid on and simmer on a low heat for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.

Add in the tomato puree, mix well and let it simmer for a couple of minutes..

This potato goulash on its own or with a side of greens such as rocket, or fresh spinach!
