– Oats – Ground flax seeds – Chia seeds – Pumpkin seeds – Fresh blueberries – Apple – Banana, mashed – Apple puree/sauce

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. 2. In a medium size bowl stir all ingredients together. Give it a really good mix to ensure everything is mixed well.

3. Let sit for 5 minutes for the oats to absorb all the moisture 4. Line a baking tray with baking paper

5. Use an ice cream or a cookie scoop to form approximately 10 -12 cookies 6. Bake for 15 - 18 minutes
