This healthy peanut butter granola is made with only 3 ingredients (plus a few optional extras). It's so delicious, clustery and crunchy, you will be making this recipe over and over again.

This peanut butter granola recipe is really easy, naturally vegan, gluten-free and refined sugar-free.

– Oats – Smooth peanut butter –Maple syrup – Vanilla extract – Generous sprinkle of cinnamon – Chopped nuts – Dark chocolate chips

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Start with preheating the oven to 160C / 320F and line your baking tray with baking paper.

2. Mix the maple syrup and peanut butter together in a pot, and gently heat on the stovetop.

3. Once melted, add in the oats, and mix to make sure all the oats are nicely covered. 4. Add in cinnamon, vanilla, and nuts if using.

5. Spread evenly on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 12 mins or until slightly brown and crunchy.

6. Let it cool, mix in any dried fruit or chocolate chips and enjoy straight away or store in an airtight container for later.
