– Mixed nuts (I used almonds, walnuts, cashews and hazelnuts)
– Dates
– Coconut oil

– Coconut butter (not the same as coconut oil)
– Avocado
– Limes, juiced
– Brown rice syrup (or maple syrup)

Instructions:
1. Put the nuts, dates and coconut oil in your food processor and process everything into a sticky dough.

2. Next, make the topping by mixing the avocado, coconut butter, lime juice and brown rice syrup.

3. Pour the filling over the base, and freeze for at least 2 hours - preferably longer/overnight.

4. Once frozen keep in the fridge and top with fresh strawberries and crushed pistachios just before serving.
