ROASTED BROCCOLI QUINOA SALAD - VEGAN & GLUTEN-FREE

It’s made with tenderstem broccoli, protein-packed quinoa, juicy tomatoes, all enhanced with a touch of garlic, chilli and spring onions (scallions).

BROCCOLI SALAD RECIPE

This recipe makes the best tasting broccoli with an amazing texture that is crispy, tender and perfectly seasoned.

– Broccoli – Quinoa – Garlic cloves – Spring onions  – Chili flakes – Olive oil - Tomatoes

INGREDIENTS

– tahini – garlic – lemon juice  – maple syrup – water – Pinch of salt

DRESSING INGREDIENTS

1. In the baking tray toss together the broccoli, garlic, spring onions, chilli flakes and olive oil.

2. Whisk all the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.

Serve drizzled with the dressing, some extra spring onions or any other fresh herbs.
