Kate – After a difficult start to motherhood Kate decided to take a total career change, from working in London in a high-pressure role.
Kate says ‘I was like a pot waiting to boil over. Work, a pregnancy, no permanent home, a traumatic birth, it all got too much, and I suffered a breakdown’

Hedi – Originally from the Czech Republic, Hedi travelled for several years before finding the UK felt like home.

The basics are if you use more calories than you eat, weight loss will come naturally. Wholesome foods containing less unnecessary calories, more movement, and a good mindset, you are going to lose weight.
