Clean eating cookie dough ball recipe
Ingredients
- 1 tin chickpeas, drained
- ½ cup cashew nut butter
- ½ cup ground almonds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or any other sweetener.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Place the chickpeas into your blender and pulse until crumbly.
- Next, add all of the remaining ingredients and process until well combined.
- Form approximately 15 balls and place them on a tray.
- Place in the fridge for an hour to set.
- Devour!
How simple is this clean eating cookie dough ball recipe? These yummy balls will last you for up to 5 days in the fridge in an airtight container or, for a month in the freezer.
