Tea is most likely the healthiest beverage out there. It has been used for ages and it never ceases to amaze with its effects. Green tea is the star, due to its amazing properties. However, I recently discovered something even better.

It is green tea that has been grown specially and went through a variety of other processing and farming techniques. It is fine green tea powder made of the whole leaf.
When drinking Matcha green tea, you have the chance to take full advantage of all the antioxidants and nutrients contained in the leaf of Camellia Sinensis. The caffeine content is also higher. Compared to regular green tea, Matcha doesn't undergo oxidation during the processing stage.
Here's the OMG Matcha Latte recipe
- 1 teaspoon OMG Matche Latte
- 1 cup of your favourite milk
- The best way to make matcha green tea latte is to make the tea first, then add the hot milk.
- Put 1 teaspoon of OMG matcha in a cup and add a few drops of hot water and keep stirring until matcha becomes a smooth paste.
- Pour in 1 cup of hot steamy milk (not boiling though) and scoop foamy milk on top.
- Sometimes I like to add a touch of vanilla and sweeten with date syrup.
