For those that love peanut butter as much as me then this recipe is just for you! This 2 ingredient healthy fudge is total heaven in each bite and has the perfect texture.
Super simple to make, all you need is the 2 ingredients, a food processor, a freezer friendly tray and a freezer. The best bit is this fudge is no-bake and only takes about 5 minutes to prepare before freezing.
How to store fudge?
This fudge is best kept in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 2 to 3 weeks or you can freeze it for up to 3 months.
It's perfect to have in the fridge or freezer for a late-night treat or for when guests come over. Feel free to top it up with crushed nuts, raisins, dried goji berries, cranberries, and anything else you might like! And always top with some maldon sea salt for good measure!

2 Ingredient Healthy Fudge Recipe. Just peanut butter and dates for this natural fudge which is the perfect treat. Vegan, and 10 minutes of prep time.
Ingredients
- 300 gr dates, pitted
- 1 jar peanut butter ( 240 - 280 gr)
Instructions
- Pop everything in a blender and process until you get a sticky “ball”.
- Press firmly into a small baking tray and pop in the freezer for couple of hours.
- Cut up into squares, sprinkle with some crushed walnuts and enjoy!
