Another month has literally flown by! Can you believe we are already in March? It feels like yesterday when I was sharing my Christmas recipe specials like After Eight bites and Gingerbread cake. Oh well, at least we have the spring to look forward to! If you have missed my January favourites you can find the post here.
February has been a good month when it comes to new clean products, so let's take a look at some of them.












Oh, I nearly forgot to tell you about the Pilates and smoothie event with John Lewis I attended last month. It was at the fancy OXO Tower where we had an hour of Pilates with the lovely Lottie Murphy followed by some smoothie making using these powerful blenders.

Recipe
February favourites and smoothie recipe
Ingredients
- ⅓ can tinned coconut milk (make sure no nasties added)
- 100ml coconut water or plain water
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop protein powder
- ½ cup frozen berries
- 1 handful cos or romaine lettuce leaves (not iceberg as this is the lowest in nutritional value)
- 1-2 teaspoon Manuka honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
Instructions
- Place everything in a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust the amount of coconut milk or water to get the desired consistency.
