I really love cooking but sometimes even I want to be treated and cooked for by someone else. So you won't be surprised to hear that when an invite came in asking me to watch somebody else cook, and then I get to eat it that I said YES! Leading kitchen and interior designer, Nicholas Anthony invited me to their flagship showroom in Mayfair to enjoy an evening of wine tasting and live cooking demonstrations from BBC chef, Giancarlo Caldesi. It was such a great night and rather than doing a lengthy blog post, I created a vlog! My friend Mark from Fountainfotos has filmed it all for me, so you can see what 'a night out' in Hedi's life looks like. I had a fabulous time and met some incredible people. Giancarlo, the chef, was hilarious and taught me how to make the best pizza dough. All I need to do now is to 'healthify' it and then I will share it with you.
