Chai chia pudding

I know I couldn’t give it worst name, could I? It almost breaks your tongue when you try to pronounce it. Say it again Chai Chia pudding. Well it is a wonderful breakfast using Chai mylk from Rebel Kitchen , chia seeds and white yogurt with zero added sugar from Provamel. All of these are my firm favourites! And there is no better start to your day other than with chia seeds for an omega-3 and protein hit!

Chia chai pudding
Recipe makes 1 glass

Ingredients:
1 Chai Mylk (200ml or 1 cup)
2 tbsp of chia seeds
1 pot of Provamel white yogurt with no added sugar
strawberries, nuts and raw cocoa nibs

Method:
Take a medium sized glass. Add the mylk and chia seeds. Mix well and place in the fridge. After 15 min stir and put back in. In the morning add yogurt, strawberries and sprinkle with your favourite nuts and raw cocoa nibs. Simple. Delicious. One happy tummy.
