Healthy peanut butter truffles recipe made with only 5 ingredients. Dairy and gluten free these are made for you especially when you need a little pick me up!

Serves: 10 - 12
Ingredients
  • ¾ cup crunchy nut butter ( I used Pic's one)
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour (or a scoop of your favourite protein powder)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp favourite sweetener (maple syrup, honey or date nectar, all work well)
  • 100 gr raw or dark chocolate, melted
Instructions
  1. In a bowl mix together all ingredients apart from the melted chocolate.
  2. Divide mixture equally into 10 - 12 balls and pop in the freeze for 1.5 hrs
  3. Take the balls out of the freezer and dip in the melted chocolate
  4. Place in the fridge to set for 30 minutes
  5. Enjoy!
Trust me when I say these are so decadent, intensely satisfying and highly addictive.
